I really enjoyed my stay with the daily room refresh and the excellent coffee served all day at the bar. The hotel had a cozy lounge perfect for winding down and some great game rooms which are fun for relaxing after a day out. The only downside was the parking fee, which felt a bit steep, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. 😊

The staff was friendly, they checked me in early and even offered me a complimentary breakfast pass after I arrived late for the regular one. The room had a good view, and the bathroom lighting was fantastic for getting ready, made my day easier, you know what I'm talking about.

Comfortable room, attentive staff, with a decent view of the river and easy access to Beale Street without the chaos of being right on it. the fitness center is a nice bonus for keeping active during your stay.

The friendly restaurant staff made for a pleasant dining experience, and the breakfast buffet offered a nice variety. However, the parking entrance was poorly lit, and the loud announcement of my room number at check-in was disconcerting for a solo traveler. The carpets were stained and not well maintained, and the bed was uncomfortable with lumpy pillows.

Valet service was great, but room cleanliness was very disappointing.
